    Overview

Flange, also known as flange flange or flange. Flange is a part that connects shafts to each other and is used to connect pipe ends; there are also flanges used on equipment inlets and outlets for connection between two devices, such as reducer flanges. Flange connection or flange joint refers to a detachable connection that is connected by flanges, gaskets and bolts as a combined sealing structure.

The function of stainless steel flanges is actually to connect pipe ports to pipe ports. There are flange holes on the flange edge, and stainless steel bolts connect the two flanges that need to be matched. When connection is required, gaskets, polytetrafluoroethylene gaskets, metal gaskets, silicon gaskets, etc. are needed between flanges for sealing.

Stainless steel flanges are more common in pipeline engineering. The role of stainless steel flanges must be used as a set, or a pair, or used in conjunction with the flange on the valve. In pipeline engineering, flanges are mainly used for pipeline connection.

The choice of gasket for stainless steel flange has a great influence on the connecting pipe material, while the influence of the gasket is small. Asbestos gasket is a good helper for using stainless steel flange to avoid easy corrosion of stainless steel. The most important thing for stainless steel is to keep the surface clean. Once the stainless steel surface is corroded, the appearance will change and it will not be so smooth. The flange should be connected to the raw and produced stainless steel. There are different square methods when connecting pipes. These pipes are more delicate and can be directly connected to the printing through threaded flanges.
